    3, terminology

    3.1  hospital linen hospital textiles

     all the fabric is washed in the hospital, including clothing, sheets, Ward linen overalls, surgical towels, medical personnel and so on.

    3.2  standard prevention standard prevention

    6, washing linen departments and health management

    6.1  wash sector (housing) layout requirements

    6.1.1  washing departments should strictly according to the functional area, including polluted areas (counting, sorting, cleaning and waste storage) and clean (drying, ironing and mending, folding, storage, delivery and clean car storage), two districts should have the actual isolation barrier, should be clearly identified.

    6.2  cleaning and environmental hygiene requirements

    6.3  washing hygiene requirements

    6.4.1  load level

    6.4.3.1  washing method

    6.4.3.1.1  hot wash method: 70 ° c for 25 minutes, 90 c for 10 minutes.

    6.4.3.1.2  cold washing method: active chlorine content of 250mg-400mg/l disinfectant soaking 20min above, cold wash to remove organic matter.

    6.4.3.1.3  stain type cannot be determined, local stains you should take the following procedure.

    a) with detergent.

    b) use organic solvents, such as acetone or alcohol.

    c) using an acidic solution, such as sodium fluoride, hydrogen fluoride ammonia if small stains, using laboratory-grade hydrochloric acid solution.

    d) temperature solution using reducing agents or stripping agents, such as continuous two sodium sulfite or sodium bisulfite.

    e) using oxidants such as sodium hypochlorite (liquid bleach) or hydrogen peroxide.

    6.4.4  rinse

    6.4.5  neutralization

    6.4.6  process

     iron, patch grass cloth, folded after cleaning process to prevent contamination. Grass cloth in order to avoid excessive damage and shrink, flat-iron base temperature should not exceed 180 ℃.

    6.5  linen storage and transportation requirements

    6.5.1  contaminated linen and clean linen should not resort to the same vehicle and transport. Transporting over contaminated linen should be disinfected in a timely manner.

    6.5.2  linen should be closed, transport of pollution and prevent environmental pollution.

    6.5.3  contaminated linen transport packaging, packaging materials must be nontoxic, harmless. Contaminated linen and clean linen packing should not mix, clean linen packing and shipping process is necessary to prevent contamination.

    6.5.4  clean linen should be stored in a clean dry place, should prevent contamination during storage (that is, smoke, dust, moisture and parasites).

    6.6  staff health requirements

    6.6.1  pollution in installed capacity sorting and cleaning staff, and to enforce a rigid standard precautions.

    6.6.2  clean staff were drying, ironing, folding, in the issuance process should keep hands clean, linen pollution prevention.

    6.6.3  dysentery, typhoid, tuberculosis, diarrhoeal diseases, and purulent or exudative skin disease should not participate in direct contact with grass cloth.

    7, sampling and detection methods
